Exclusive Venue Hire The entire venue can be hired for parties of up to 120 guests, and management will always entertain opening on other days for group bookings.

One of the original pubs of Adelaide: an inn, a row of tenancies, a motorcycle factory, a ruin — and, for over forty years now, a restaurant and bar.
William Beck opens the Rising Sun Inn
The third inn in Kensington, later running a horse-drawn cart service into Adelaide — an early version of the local cab rank.
A motorcycle factory
The old inn spends two decades as a factory floor — reportedly the only place in South Australia to build its own motorcycles. It housed Tilbrook Motorcycles, one of Australia's largest and most prolific makers of motorcycle sidecars and parts.
Left derelict
The building sits empty for over a decade before being restored.
Reopens as a restaurant and bar
Heritage-listed and still trading — now with regular art exhibitions turning the dining rooms into a living gallery.
